Free Round Trip Shuttle Service if you stay 4 nights or more!

Policies:

1.   Limit two (2) persons per reservation. Any additional person will require direct payment to the driver.

2.   Free Round Trip Shuttle offer is valid only if you stay for 4 nights or more. NO refunds or substitute is allowed.

3.   This special offer is only valid for guests that book directly on our website (www.waikikigateway.com) or via our reservations department (800-247-1903). To book online, please click the "Make Room Reservation" button at the bottom of this page or click the "Reservations & Rates" link on the left navigation pane.

4.   A minimum stay of four (4) nights is required. In the event that the guest(s) checks out early, an additional charge of $12.00 per person will be assessed.

5.   Children under 2 are free.

6.   Due to space capacity, it is highly recommended that advance reservation of 24 hour prior to arrival be made.  The Waikiki Gateway Hotel is not responsible in the event where a last minute reservation is unable to be accommodated.

7.   Limit two (2) airline check-in luggage. The Waikiki Gateway Hotel is not responsible for any additional charges that may incur due to (but not limited to), additional persons, excess or oversized baggage.

8.   Gratuities are excluded.

9.   It is required that you provide all flights details (airline company, flight #, arrival dates and time) and information when making your reservations. If proper information is not provided, the hotel will not be held responsible for any non-pickups. Please enter your flight details and information in the “Shuttle Request Form” listed at the end of this page when making your reservations.  Please indicate BOTH Arrivals and Departure flight details in the shuttle Request From.

10. For Return Shuttle, please call Ilima Tours and Transportation at (808) 836-1881, 24 hours prior to departure to reconfirm your departure flight details and pick up.

11. The Waikiki Gateway Hotel and Ilima Tours and Transportation will make every effort to maintain the schedule noted, however, we are not responsible for any delays including (but not limited to), caused by Acts of God, authority of Law, flight delays, accidents, breakdowns, road conditions, or work stoppages and cannot guarantee arrival time.

12. In the event of flight changes, please notify reservations at (800) 247-1903 between the time of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Hawaii time, 24 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations within 24 hour time period will result in a full charge of $12.00 per person.

13. The Waikiki Gateway Hotel and Ilima Tours and Transportation are not responsible for any items left on the vehicles including (but not limited to), baggage, clothing, cash, cameras, etc.

14. No-shows will be assessed a charge of $12.00 per person.

15. Upon arrival, please proceed to the courtesy phone and dial 55 to be directed to the pick up point. For any transportation related questions, please contact Ilima Tours and Transportation at (800) 713-0146

16. Offer is valid for the Standard category and higher, Single category excluded.
